The APPolo Control system is a powerful yet simple solution for the centralized control of LYNX hardware. Typically used with the Series 5000 CardModule system, APPolo is the heart of a centralized control system which can easily be easily expanded to grow with your system. From a single rack to literally hundreds of racks located in different locations, the system can be easily used for small or large system installations.
The control GUI is intuitive and simple to use, and runs on a standard IBM compatible PC with Windows. The system can use serial or LAN communication for control.
The APPolo control system software is included with any rack controller purchase, and can be freely updated from the LYNX website. There is no software license, or any software maintenance fees or support contracts to purchase for the basic APPolo package.

The APPolo user interface has been completely redesigned to make it more user friendly and now features several “styles” to customize the look and feel. The above screen caps show examples of the dark and light styles for the APPolo GUI (click images to enlarge)

The APPolo software now features a special "simulation mode" where a multiple rack system including all LYNX modules can be fully simulated in the control system. All Module GUI screens are fully functional with on screen sliders, drop down menus and software buttons. Now you can see for yourself the intuitive nature of the system and explore the wide range of adjustments and parameters currently supported by all Lynx modules. We also provide a way to simulate module alarms so you can observe how the system displays and logs system errors.
