Some of our products have passive loop through inputs and if unused these must be terminated with a 75 ohm terminator or the input will be seriously clipped. If a terminator is fitted, and the levels are still clipped then please check any adjustable video settings (adjustable gain etc) these could have been adjusted previously and incorrect values are now stored in module flash ram. If unsure of any settings use "restore factory defaults" from the Service Adapter or Control System.
